Early morning shooting in Kanawha City leaves person injured

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — A shooting in Charleston early Sunday morning left one person with injuries, police said.
The shooting was reported just before 3:30 a.m. in the 6600 block of MacCorkle Avenue SE in Kanawha City, according to the Charleston Police Department.
Police said the victim was grazed by a bullet and later showed up at a local hospital around 6:15 a.m. According to police, the victim was uncooperative with investigators and later left the hospital against medical advice.

No arrests have been made in connection with the incident at this time, per Charleston PD.
