WEST VIRGINIA (WCHS) — The high school football season has entered the second half as teams across the Mountain State jockey for position in hopes of reaching the postseason.

This week's rankings include two teams vying for a post-season appearance that will be featured on this week's Go-Mart Friday Night Rivals Game of the Week as Roane County hosts Scott.

After the final whistle of the season, 16 teams from each of the WVSSAC’s four classes will make the playoffs.
