President Trump says he ordered the Pentagon to resume nuclear weapons testing, something the U.S. hasn’t done for over three decades. Experts believe that what Trump meant was that he wants to resume public testing of nuclear-capable weapons, which China and Russia are regularly doing, not actually detonate nuclear bombs.
