WASHINGTON (TND) — Sinclair Broadcast Group is teaming up with the American Red Cross to help provide much needed relief to those impacted by deadly tornadoes across the American South and Midwest.

Sinclair Cares: Tornado Relief is a campaign designed to help victims in multiple states where tornadoes killed at least 88 people — 74 of them in Kentucky.

The devastation has put the Red Cross on high alert as it is facing its worst blood shortage in more than a decade. Financial donations are also much needed and Sinclair will match the first $25,000 raised from viewer donations.
