Search of Gallipolis home results in two arrests, seizure of drugs and cash, deputies say

GALLIPOLIS, Ohio (WCHS) — The search of a Gallipolis home has resulted in two arrests along with the seizure of drugs and cash, deputies said.
Dylan Birtcher, 28, will face charges regarding the possession and sale of narcotics while Elizabeth Rayburn, 24 was arrested for an outstanding warrant for non-support of dependents from juvenile court, according to a news release from the Gallia County Sheriff’s Office.
The news release said deputies responded Wednesday to the 3000 block of Neighborhood Road to conduct a drug trafficking investigation.
Investigators said narcotics were located at the home along with money believed to be profits of criminal activity.
