It was extremely localized, but it was powerful, downing dozens if not hundreds of trees around the Big Bend Golf Course and damaged some homes. Photos from viewers showed damage in the Big Bend Subdivision, where a trampoline was dangling from power lines, shingles were ripped off roofs and trees torn from the ground.
