UC shot 59% from both the floor and three-point range. Defensively Charleston scored 30 points off of 21 turnovers.

Shunta Wilson led five Charleston players in double figures by scoring with 21 points. Eddie Colbert III chipped with 16 points while Tyler Eberhart and DeAirius Barker each scored 13. C.J. Meredith was productive and rounded out the double figure scoring with 12 points off the bench in 15 minutes of play.

UC has now won nine straight games and leads the Mountain East Conference with a 16-2 record (22-3 overall). West Liberty is just a game back at 15-3 in the MEC.

Charleston closes out the season with a pair of road games. UC is at Glenville State Wednesday, Feb. 28 (7:30 p.m. tipoff) and concludes the regular season at rival WVSU Saturday, March 2 (4 p.m. tipoff).
