HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — Marshall football has a kickoff time for its annual “75” game against James Madison.

The Thundering Herd will host the Dukes for a noon game on Nov. 8, according to Marshall Athletics. It will be televised on ESPN2 or ESPNU.

The contest will serve as the program’s “75” game, honoring and remembering those killed in the Nov. 14, 1970, plane crash that killed 75 people, including the Marshall football team, coaches, staff members, boosters and airline staff.

Marshall is currently 4-3 and preparing to travel to Conway, S.C., for a Thursday night matchup against Coastal Carolina. That game will be televised at 7:30 p.m. on ESPN2.
