KENOVA, W.Va. (WCHS) — Every fall, an otherwise unassuming home in Kenova, W.Va., gets transformed into an attraction that draws thousands.
For decades, Ric Griffith has turned his home into the popular "Pumpkin House," a display of hundreds of hand-carved pumpkins. The spectacle tends to draw hundreds of onlookers each night.
The house, located at 748 Beech Street in Kenova, is now open 24/7 through Halloween and is free to visit. The pumpkins are lit all day, weather permitting.
The first full night of the display coincides with the Ceredo-Kenova AutumnFest.
