FULL VIDEO: Eyewitness News Town Hall takes look at W.Va. constitutional amendments

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — It’s not as easy as counting 1, 2, 3 and 4 when it comes to understanding the proposed constitutional amendments that go by those numbers and will be on the West Virginia ballot in November.
Eyewitness News aired a 30-minute “Your Voice Your Future” Town Hall on the West Virginia Amendments on Tuesday, Oct. 25, on FOX 11. It also streamed on wchstv.com and on the station’s Facebook page.

The special gave detailed explanations of proposed Amendments 1, 2, 3 and 4 and a discussion with Marybeth Beller, an associate political science professor at Marshall University.

Amendment No. 1: Clarification of the Judiciary’s Role in Impeachment Proceedings Amendment
Amendment No. 2: Property Tax Modernization Amendment
Amendment No. 3: Incorporation of Churches or Religious Denominations Amendment
Amendment No. 4: Education Accountability Amendment
