Should President Trump use tariff revenue to give a $2,000 dividend check to Americans or lower the national debt? Vote in the poll above or click here.
President Trump says he wants to use tariff revenue to issue $2,000 dividend checks to middle and lower-income Americans. His economic adviser says that will help close the “affordability” gap caused by Joe Biden’s administration. There are also questions about the inflationary impact and whether the U.S. Supreme Court thinks Trump’s tariffs are legal.
