Cindi Adkins

As a proud West Virginia native, my passion for news began early, watching the morning broadcasts every day before school. That lifelong interest turned into a career in 2014, when I accepted an internship in master control while earning my Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Charleston.

What started behind the scenes quickly evolved. I began as a news editor, then transitioned into producing in February 2020.

Since 2022, I’ve served as the nightside executive producer at WCHS, where I lead our evening coverage and help shape the stories that matter most to our viewers.
