WEST VIRGINIA (WCHS) — The new school year is fast approaching and in some areas, the first day of classes begin this week.

Three school districts in West Virginia – Cabell, Doddridge and Summers – are getting off to an early start this Wednesday. Below are the school start dates for the state’s remaining 52 school districts:
